BlueFit Swimming is on the lookout for the next generation of Swim Instructors to join BlueFit's new facility - the Pavilion at the WACA Ground.

About the Role:
As a swim instructor at 'The Pavilion' you become part of a community that supports you through your career. Our instructors are the heart of our swimming program, imparting essential water safety skills and a love for swimming to the communities we serve. Your ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team will ensure outstanding service and instruction to our families.
Qualifications Required:
* SISSS00112 – Swim Teacher / Learn to Swim Certification
* HLTAID009 – Provide CPR
* HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
* Working with Children Check (Employee)

Applicants without qualifications must be confident swimmers with strong swimming abilities.
BlueFit is offering successful applicants the opportunity to gain their Swim Teacher and First Aid/CPR qualifications at no cost — train with us and start a rewarding career in aquatics. (Eligibility criteria applies.)
The next course is being held at Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre on Saturday 10 January 2026.
