Bid Assistant Job Opportunity
This national architecture practice is seeking a talented Bid Assistant to join their team in Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping with the tender submissions process, coordinating production, organising meetings and presenting proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Writing and producing tenders, bids and proposals using InDesign
* Liaising with Principals and Project leads to obtain relevant information
* Managing the tender portal and ensuring it is tracked correctly
* Identifying suitable business opportunities and presenting them
* Marketing and pursuit material where required
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience as a bid coordinator within the architecture/construction industry
* Ability to work within a team effectively
* Experience using InDesign and managing the tender portal
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
