This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role based in Epping, VIC. The role focuses on servicing customer needs both in-store and via phone, providing product advice, processing sales, and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.
Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, processing sales and purchase orders, answering incoming phone enquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also involves general sales administration, coordinating orders, and ensuring accurate processing of customer transactions.
Team members will also assist with operational tasks, including helping coordinate transport, truck deliveries, and incoming stock, ensuring orders are prepared and dispatched efficiently.
