We are looking for an experienced Painter to join our team in the Brisbane region.
The successful candidates will deliver high quality customer service with both internal and external clients and provide quality workmanship on all projects assigned.
Able to be agile and adaptable to changes in scheduling, planning and come with a solution focus attitude to always deliver outcomes for customers and clients.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring strong trade skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
You have:
Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
Own reliable vehicle
Own tools
Minimum of 4 years of industry experience
Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Insurance Building Experience (desirable)
Your duties and responsibilities:
Everyday general duties that relate to your Painting experience, ordering of materials, liaising with other trades, mentoring apprentices etc.
Manage resource hours on site
Monitor and report onprogress
Work closely with internal staff, suppliers and contractors
Ensure and enforce safe work policy and procedures are adhered to
Communicate with customers, client, internal resources including administration staff/or construction team, suppliers, etc as required
