We are seeking an HR professional to support our operations team at the Port Kembla Energy Terminal. This role will provide day-to-day HR support with a strong focus on award interpretation, legislative compliance and employee relations advice.
Key responsibilities include providing accurate award interpretation and HR legislative guidance, ensuring HR practices comply with industrial instruments, policies and statutory requirements, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' experience as an HR Advisor, a strong understanding of Awards and Fair Work legislation, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. They will also have the ability to maintain HR records, employee files and compliance registers, and contribute to HR reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
