Job Description
Provide scheduling services across diverse real-estate projects.
Conduct pre-baseline reviews of contractor programmes to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and industry-standard scheduling practices.
Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to clients.
Recommend corrective actions and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays.
Conduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management.
Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables, and create an integrated master works programme linking all dependencies to the main contractor's programme.
Provide sound advice to clients during all phases of the project regarding the most efficient timelines for multi-staged complex construction projects.
Qualifications
Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management.
Minimum five years' experience as a scheduler/planner on building projects.
On-site experience with construction projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end construction and project processes.
Professional proficiency in Primavera P6 (P6) and MS Project; knowledge of Asta or other programming software is advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other Microsoft Office tools.
Preferable large-scale real-estate project experience (hospitals, retail, commercial, hotels, high-rise, universities, residential).
Valid working rights in Australia.
