Energy Sales Specialist
The role involves driving growth and retention of a customer base through effective interactions, understanding customer needs, and recommending tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell energy products and services to new and existing customers across Australia.
* Participate in outbound campaigns to reengage and retain customers.
* Respond to general enquiries and follow up on customer queries with professionalism and care.
* Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets using effective objection handling and sales techniques.
* Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with industry standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
* A strong sales background or equivalent experience is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Confident using computers and able to manage multiple tasks while assisting customers over the phone.
* Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to self-development.
* Customer service and contact centre experience is beneficial but not essential.

* Full working rights within Australia are required.
* Training is delivered in the office from 8:30am to 4:30pm Mondays to Fridays. After training you'll transition to a rotating roster between 7am and 6pm on weekdays with occasional Saturday shifts from 8am to 12pm.
* You'll also have the flexibility to work from home part of the week after training.
