THE ROLE
We have a permanent, full-time opportunity for a Placement Officer to join our fantastic and friendly office team. Our Placement Officers play a vital role in the coordination of daily supports for our clients, with a focus on wellbeing.
Placement Officers keep our home care and NDIS services running smoothly. Working closely with the Rostering Coordinator, you will support the scheduling of home care and NDIS services by thoughtfully matching carers with customers. Your work ensures the right support is delivered at the right time, helping our clients feel safe, supported, and valued at home. You’ll quickly become a familiar and trusted voice, building strong connections with both carers and clients, while making a genuine difference every day working as part of a supportive team that’s committed to delivering exceptional care.
Based at our centrally located, Park Road office in Milton (4064), this team-oriented role offers a dynamic mix of collaboration and independence.
We’re looking for an individual who finds genuine joy in supporting and engaging with older adults, someone who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and truly values the chance to support others in living their best lives.
ABOUT YOU
* Previous experience in a call centre, retail/sales or rostering environment is highly desirable.
* Enthusiastic, customer service focussed and a team-player.
* Excellent phone manner, problem-solving and personable attitude.
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
* Highly organised, detail orientated and able to multi-task effectively.
* Effective time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Accurate data entry and excellent general administration skills.
* NDIS Screening Card (can be applied for as part of onboarding).
