About the Role
This position involves managing referrals, conducting intake assessments and making decisions about allocation of referrals for best outcomes.
* Manage referrals to the service with timely, compassionate and supportive responses
* Undertake intake assessments and make decisions about allocation of referrals for best outcomes
You will also be involved in single-session primary consultations, brief interventions and secondary consultations to key external services.
This role requires working collaboratively with children, young people, their families/carers and existing support networks.
