About this Role
We are seeking a passionate IT Support Specialist to provide technical product support to customers across the Asia-Pacific region.
The ideal candidate will become an expert on our platform and use prior knowledge from working in a SaaS company to troubleshoot questions from customers and provide timely & quality responses.
This role requires 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role within a SaaS or POS Payments business. Formal IT qualifications are required, and a bachelor's degree in a related field is beneficial for advanced roles.
