Key Role in Guest Services
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Overnight Guest Service Agent. This role involves reviewing financial reports, investigating anomalies, and ensuring the accuracy of billing information.
Job Responsibilities:
* Review daily revenues against guest receipts and reports, investigating any discrepancies.
* Balance daily revenue and expense transactions, including cashier's checks, credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment.
* Assist with night audit duties, such as reconciling accounts receivable, posting charges, and verifying accuracy of billing information.
* Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out of the hotel, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or accounting environment.
* A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Pride in ensuring the accuracy of work and actively encouraging the same standard from colleagues.
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
