Your New Role
This 4-5-week temporary opportunity involves a mix of administrative and financial tasks, including:
* Accounts Payable: Process invoices, manage payment schedules, and ensure bills are paid on time.
* Accounts Receivable: Track incoming payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
* Office Administration: Organise documents, handle data entries, and manage day-to-day office tasks.
* Vehicle Returns: Drive vehicles back to customers; a valid driving licence is required.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Previous experience in accounts, office administration, or a similar role.
* Basic computer skills with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
* The capability to work independently and adapt quickly to new responsibilities.
