About the successful candidate
You will need:
* Love working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Be passionate about delivering great customer service
* Set rosters, order food, manage staff, manage the kitchen, etc.
* Enjoy rising to the challenges presented, and can think on your feet
* Engage your team with KPI's and drive results
* Be able to relate to and manage a diverse group of staff and developing your team
* Have the ability to bring emotional intelligence to the role and provide situational leadership
* Strong abilities to plan, organise and multi-task and deliver results in a fast restaurant environment

* Bring your prior fast-paced, restaurant management experience to the role
