About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead revenue-driven marketing across our venue portfolio.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will own ROI-focused campaigns, CRM performance, and digital delivery, while leading a team. This is a hands‐on role requiring a balance of strategic leadership and day‐to‐day execution in a fast‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead CRM strategy and execution using platforms such as Indi (or similar)
* Support customer segmentation and targeted communications
* Manage loyalty and engagement initiatives to enhance the customer experience
* Oversee marketing activity across on‐site and external venues
* Ensure consistent brand execution while adapting to different audiences and venues
* Manage ongoing digital and campaign activity across multiple channels
* Oversee website content and performance
* Manage digital marketing activity including social media, email, and campaigns
* Ensure consistent, high-quality output across all marketing channels
* Contribute to the delivery of data-informed marketing campaigns and initiatives
* Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to support continuous improvement
* Oversee reporting across marketing activity, including campaigns, CRM, and digital channels
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across the business
* Manage relationships with external agencies and partners
About You
* Proven marketing leadership experience within clubs, or pubs
* Strong track record driving revenue outcomes and ROI-focused campaigns
* Hands‐on experience with CRM platforms (Indi highly regarded)
* Expertise across digital marketing, content, and campaign execution
* Experience managing and developing a team (4–7 direct reports)
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
