Finance Business Partner – Sharp & Carter
Our client is a growing household FMCG company that has experienced exponential growth in recent years. There is a temporary (potentially permanent) opportunity for a highly talented commercial finance candidate to join the business as a Finance Business Partner.
Responsibilities
* Partnering with Sales and Marketing providing insightful analysis of consumer and trade expenditures.
* Leadership role in forecasts, reporting and analytics for the S&OP process.
* Leadership of a robust Budget and forecasting process including P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow forecasting.
* Financial input and evaluation of business proposals including new products, pricing, marketing and trade support.
* Identifying areas for continuous improvement and executing accordingly.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an FMCG environment, business partnered the commercial side of the organisation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence across operational side, inquisitive, commercially minded, dynamic, comfortable fast paced environment.
Senior level: Mid-Senior level; Employment type: Temporary; Job function: Accounting/Auditing.
Salary: A$110,000.00 – A$140,000.00 (Coburg, Victoria, Australia)
