Overview
The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for supporting sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Wholesale food channels—both domestically and internationally. This role focuses on customer account management, market expansion, logistics management and business development.
Key Skills and Qualifications
5 years plus in sales, accounts management, or commercial roles (desirable: within food manufacturing or protein industries).
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and deliver.
Understanding of food manufacturing, quality standards and supply chain requirements.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Exceptional communication skills, relationship management and leadership skills.
Duties of the Position
Supports driving sales growth, profitability and customer satisfaction across the quick service restaurant (QSR) and wholesale food channels both domestically and internationally.
Support customer account management and business development.
Support tender submissions and contract development.
Managers multitask responsibilities across sales, logistics and export documentation.
Ensures customer partnerships are maximized through strong cross functional collaboration with production, quality and supply chain teams, while maintaining the highest standards of service, compliance and product quality.
Collaborate with the innovation team on NPD projects, including product evaluation.
