Your new role
As the leader of ICT, Records Management, and Governance functions, you will:
* Strengthen ICT operations, project management, and procurement.
* Enhance cybersecurity maturity and corporate governance systems.
* Drive strategic and operational planning to align technology investments with Council objectives.
* Guide legislative interpretation and develop robust policies and controls.
* Foster a culture of compliance, risk awareness, and high performance across all related functions.
You will have three direct reports: ICT Team Leader, Senior Records Management Officer, and Governance & Information Officer.
What you'll need to succeed
* Demonstrated leadership experience in multi-disciplinary environments involving ICT, governance, and records management.
* Strong strategic thinking and operational planning skills.
* Proven ability to develop policies, processes, and controls that support organisational resilience.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
