Cranfield Recruitment is partnering with a well-established PPE supplier based in Yatala who is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to work closely alongside the Warehouse Manager in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on the warehouse floor and enjoys leading from the front while building strong, positive teams.
About the Role
* Full-time, Monday to Friday
* Flexible start times between 6:00am – 8:00am
* 8-hour days
* Supervising a team of approximately 15–20 staff
* Team consists mostly of permanent employees, with occasional labour hire during peak periods
* Very hands-on role, including manual picking during busy workloads
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, support, and motivate warehouse staff on the floor
* Drive productivity, performance, and KPI outcomes
* Manage daily workflow and labour allocation
* Support and coach team members to improve performance
* Maintain and enhance the positive workplace culture already in place
* Work collaboratively with the Warehouse Manager to support operational outcomes
About You
* Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
* Strong people management and leadership skills
* Comfortable being hands-on and working on the floor when required
* Ability to drive performance while maintaining a positive team environment
* Energetic, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced setting
