The RoleInitially you will take ownership of small to mid-sized research projects while contributing to larger, more complex programs of work. The role blends hands-on research and evaluation delivery with client engagement, analysis, and storytelling, offering strong exposure across the full research lifecycle.
Leading end-to-end delivery of research and evaluation projectsDesigning questionnaires, discussion guides, and evaluation frameworksManaging timelines, budgets, and external fieldwork suppliersTranslating complex data into clear insights and recommendationsPreparing written reports and client-ready presentationsSupporting proposal development and cost estimatesLiaising directly with clients to manage expectations and progress
About YouYou’re a confident social researcher who can independently run projects and enjoys balancing analysis with client interaction. You’re comfortable working with data, communicating insights clearly, and contributing positively within a collaborative team.
3–5 years’ experience in research, consulting, or evaluation environmentsStrong quantitative analysis skills using tools such as Q and/or SPSSSolid understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretationClear, professional writing and presentation skillsAbility to collaborate effectively and support junior team members
