Job Title: Paint Production Specialist
You will be a key player in our manufacturing process, responsible for producing high-quality coatings with a focus on safety and efficiency.
As a Paint Production Specialist, you will be responsible for executing the production of paint, encompassing dispersion and assembly processes. This includes:
* Preparing raw materials for production use.
* Setting up and operating filling and associated equipment, such as filtration and labeling.
* Operating various materials handling equipment efficiently.
* Managing the receipt and dispatch of goods, including licensed materials.
* Operating a tablet-touch screen-controlled manufacturing system.
* Performing routine batch adjustments and doping as required.
* Engaging in production final testing, collaborating with quality control personnel.
* Conducting make-up operations as part of the production process.
* Operating fully integrated automated filling systems.
* Basic troubleshooting & configuration of machines.
* Carrying out routine fault-finding and preventive maintenance activities.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Experience working in automated manufacturing or production would be highly desirable.
* Valid Victorian Driver's License.
* Strong computer knowledge to enter data (highly desired).
* Knowledge of OHS, GMP & HACCP procedures.
* 5S knowledge and general housekeeping.
