ABOUT THE ROLE

* Ongoing 0.8 FTE (4 days per week) leadership position.

* Newly upgraded main office and various MCH sites across South Gippsland Shire.

* Flexible arrangements available.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful you will have:

* AHPRA registered Maternal and Child Health Nurse (Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, Accredited post graduate degree/diploma in Maternal and Child Health).

* Demonstrated experience in delivering, managing, and developing Maternal and Child Health services, including innovative program design and application of specialist clinical knowledge.

* Proven ability to lead teams, work collaboratively with stakeholders, community organisations, and family health networks, and contribute to strategic planning and service improvement.

* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, program standards, and clinical best practice; experience with data management, reporting, and use of systems such as CDIS (desirable).

* Victorian Drivers Licence.

* Satisfactory Police Check.

* Current Working with Children Check.
