As a senior sales manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for expanding our technology solutions to healthcare providers. You will oversee account executives and provider solutions specialists, driving platform adoption and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to inform campaigns and roadmaps.
* Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the healthcare or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry.
Proven experience managing both inside and field sales teams.
Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and sales productivity tools.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
Experience designing and administering sales compensation plans.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in HCP-facing sales or working with HCP-facing platforms.
* Background in managing multi-channel sales efforts (digital, phone, in-person).
* Understanding of provider workflows and the healthcare ecosystem.
