About the Role
This role involves developing and nurturing relationships with local specifiers, overseeing project delivery from specification to completion, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Specification:
o Develop strong relationships with local architects, designers, and developers.
o Evaluate project requirements and ensure timely delivery of our products.
* Trade:
o Collaborate with trade professionals including joiners, wallpaper installers, and door manufacturers.
o Ensure smooth pre-sale processes, including product suitability, availability, pricing alignment, and lead times.
o Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and manage any issues.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in sales, design, or interior/architectural product supply.
* A passion for building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
* A valid driver's license (company vehicle provided).
