Australian Training Company is seeking applicants who wish to pursue a career in Construction. The position is for 1st Year Apprentice Carpenter working a 38 hour week for a major constriction company based in SE Qld. The initial construction site is based at Tugun on the Gold Coast.
As an apprentice you will be involved with setting out, constructing wall frames, ceiling frames, pitched roofs, eaves, external stairs, flooring systems and install windows and doors. Some knowledge of the use of hand and power tools is an advantage.
The successful applicant will have a willingness to learn, be a focused and hard worker, be punctual and reliable, have good attention to detail, and have an awareness of Workplace Health and Safety processes on a work site and also possess a white card. Applicants must have car and current license. Hours Monday to Friday,
