Are you an experienced admin and finance professional looking for a flexible part-time role? We are looking for a detail-oriented, organised, and self-motivated individual to manage day-to-day admin and finance tasks. Experience with Xero is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Management: Oversee reconciliations, payment of accounts and general financial reporting using Xero. Help with invoicing as required.
* Admin Support: Provide administrative support, including data entry and managing communications.
* Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date filing of financial and administrative documents.
* Payroll: Assist with basic payroll processing.
* General Office Administration: Maintain efficient office systems, handling any other ad hoc admin duties as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administration and finance, ideally within a small business environment.
* Proficiency in Xero (or similar accounting software).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
* Previous experience in the mechanics or automotive industry is a bonus, but not essential.
Work Schedule:
* 8-10 hours per week.
* Must be available to work 2-5 hours in-office every Wednesday.
* Flexibility to work from home for the remaining hours (negotiable).
