Randstad is working closely with a reputable technical services organisation to recruit a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Operations Coordinator.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of operations, supporting field teams and customers while keeping day-to-day processes running efficiently.
The role As part of the operations team, you will act as a key point of contact between technicians, subcontractors, internal stakeholders and customers.
You will support operational workflows, manage enquiries, and ensure information is accurate, timely, and compliant.
Your ability to stay organised and communicate clearly will be essential in this fast-paced environment.
