A growing National Managed Service Provider requires a Level 2 IT Support Technician in Canberra for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP. This position would be an embedded resource for their Canberra-based Aged Care sector client. Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:
* Providing 2nd level IT support both remote and onsite for a broad client-base.
* Maintaining relationships with clients.
* Performing account administration with Active Directory, Exchange and bespoke applications.
* Patching and reimaging laptops, tablets and workstations.
* Asset management - maintaining inventory, replacing, and removing hardware as required.
* Troubleshooting a wide range of telecommunication services, VoIP, CCTV, printers, and other onsite hardware.
* Ensuring technical issues are resolved within SLAs in a calm and polite manner.
* Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and adoption of new technologies.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
* Prior experience providing onsite level 2 IT support.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Windows Server, MDM, SCCM / Intune, Exchange and Office 365 administration and network troubleshooting and able to find various hardware solutions.
* A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Fortinet, WatchGuard, HP and 3CX certifications are beneficial.
* Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is preferred.
* Current driving licence and access to a car.
