Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Strategic Procurement Leader. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering value, driving innovation, and fostering collaboration.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and be responsible for defining and executing the organisation's procurement strategy. This will involve developing and implementing a group-wide approach to procurement that optimises value for money, mitigates risk, and champions sustainable, ethical, and socially responsible sourcing.
* Driving Financial Impact and Value Creation - Develop and meticulously manage the annual procurement plan with explicit and agreed upon annual savings goals.
* Architecting the Group Procurement Strategy - Develop and implement a group-wide procurement strategy that is designed to optimise value for money and mitigate risk, while championing sustainable, ethical, and socially responsible sourcing.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in our Head Offices in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane on a hybrid working arrangement. The successful candidate will lead a small team dispersed across three states.
