To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
* Demonstrated experience and capacity in providing professional advice to management across all levels on employee relations and human resources
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels within the business
* Able to use coaching skills to influence good human resource practices
* Able to execute multiple HR projects and meet set goals within the required timeframe
This role offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $96,537 to $112,191.
