We're growing and looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of projects across the QSR, retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
The Role
You'll be responsible for end‐to‐end project delivery — from pre‐construction through to handover — ensuring every job is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage commercial fit‐out and new build projects from start to finish
* Program planning, trade coordination, and procurement
* Budget management, cost control, and variations
* Client and stakeholder communication (you'll be the key point of contact)
* Drive site teams to deliver quality outcomes safely and efficiently
* Oversee compliance, approvals, and documentation (Procore experience preferred)
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in commercial construction (fit‐outs and/or new builds)
* Strong understanding of programming, sequencing, and trade coordination
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
* High attention to detail and a solutions‐focused mindset
* Strong communication skills—clear, direct, and professional
* Experience in QSR projects (highly regarded but not essential)
