💼About the RoleReporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our team and driving positive culture initiatives. This role involves:Providing advice on HR matters and ensuring compliance with Fair Work Act and SCHADS Award.Supporting quality processes including driving audits, document reviews, and preparation for external certification.Addressing performance, conduct, and compliance matters early and professionallyPlanning, promoting, and running team-building events that strengthen culture and connection.Maintaining and creating relevant positions descriptions and employment related contracts in line with relevant legislations and awards.Reinforcing policies, procedures, and NDIS Practice Standards in day-to-day operations.Overseeing the management of the People & Culture Officer and Administration Team.Driving continuous improvement and maintaining compliance records.
🤝What We’re Looking ForExperience within the NDIS industry (e.g., Support Worker, Support Coordinator, or similar roles - highly desired).Experience in HR or People & Culture roles, ideally within the NDIS sector.Strong understanding of Fair Work Act, SCHADS Award, and WHS principles.Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
