The Supply Chain Manager is instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and information across our organization's supply chain. Responsible for overseeing all aspects from global manufacturer production and distribution to network fulfillment, this role directly contributes to our organization's success through streamlined operations, transparent communication, and service leadership.

Operating within a dynamic and complex environment, this role interfaces with the Head Office, Franchises, Warehouse Staff, multiple local and international Suppliers & facilities, Freight Forwarders, and Freight carriers.
**Job Summary**:
The Supply Chain Manager will lead the entire Supply Chain department, comprising Inventory, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. The primary objective is to achieve Customer Order fulfilment and maintain continuous product supply to the Franchise network, minimizing disruptions and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role entails strategic inventory management, process optimization, and fostering sustainable environmental strategies.
