Position Summary

Key Requirements
Essential Experience
* Proven track record managing commercial projects from planning to completion
* Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
* Demonstrated success in team leadership and stakeholder management
* Strong background in commercial construction or fit‐out projects
Technical Expertise
* Sound knowledge of project management methodologies
* Understanding of construction processes, codes, and compliance
* Experience with project management software (Procore experience a plus)
* Financial acumen to manage budgets and drive profitability
