Required urgently full-time for a restaurant in remote
SA, about 850 kms north of Adelaide. Must be available for weekends and public holidays as we are open all year round. You will be responsible for overall management of the busy kitchen, kitchen supervision, its production and presentation of quality food. You must be reliable, passionate and creative with excellent organisational, business and people skills able to lead our kitchen team and its challenging environment.
