About the role:
* Manage end-to-end payroll for a mix of casual, part-time, and waged employees in the NSW/VIC portfolio with approx 700 employees.
* Process weekly and fortnightly pay runs, onboardings, offboardings, and payroll queries.
* Maintain payroll records and respond to internal and external requests.
* Handle leave management, payroll deductions, and superannuation processing.
* Support reporting requirements such as weekly, monthly, compliance reporting.
* Collaborate closely with payroll team members in other states and the Payroll Manager.
About you:
* 2-3 years minimum experience in an end-to-end payroll position.
* You are resilient and adaptable – you're comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* You are a strong communicator and have proven track record in effective stakeholder management.
* You are detail-focused and are a natural when it comes to identifying errors or improving processes.
* You are proactive and accountable – you like to take ownership and see tasks through.
* Your team-oriented nature and positive personality will fit right into this payroll team
