We supply, install, and maintain business technology solutions for a broad client base including government departments, primary and secondary schools, and private and commercial businesses.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Technician to join our Technical Services Team and learn how to deliver high‐quality support to our managed print clients.

What We're Looking For
The ideal applicant will demonstrate:
• A current Australian Driver's Licence
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service focus
• High motivation and a willingness to learn
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to accurate time and parts recording using our client management software
• Basic knowledge in printers, IT networking or electronics (advantageous but not essential)

Key Responsibilities
• Printer run-up, configuration, and programming MFD/Printer for our customers
• Installation of new devices
• Learn from the Customer Service Technician to complete field repairs, learning the process including calling the customer, diagnosing and understanding the issue and diagnose the problem. Understand how to handle customer issues and reactions and resolve them in a timely, appropriate way
• Component rebuilds
• IT connectivity and network integration
• Providing remote support to diagnose issues
• Performing scheduled mechanical maintenance in line with service plans
• Ensure quality repairs and refurbishment as per workshop guidelines
• Writing up customer reports following field repairs
• Attending client sites to resolve technical faults (as skills develop)
