**About the role**
As a Retail Stock Controller, you will be responsible for ordering, receiving and maintaining the stock for our Kadina store. You will also be expected to provide general customer service as required.
**Key **responsibilities**
- Maintaining store stock levels
- Assisting with the display and merchandising of stock
- Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
- Providing yard hand and loading stock assistance
- General housekeeping activities
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies
**About you**
- Proven ability to provide solutions with a passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous experience within a retail, sales and/or the building industry
- Forklift License required or be willing to obtain
- Eye for detail with robust administration and data entry skills
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet customer's needs
- Excellent communication skills and a personable, approachable team player attitude
- Possess a genuine desire to further develop their skill set in sales and design
**This is opportunity is open to applicants seeking either full time, part time or casual employment, with the flexibility to work alternate Saturdays.**
