**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operate tractors and other farm equipment to assist with fieldwork, including planting, irrigation, and harvesting.
- Assist with planting, maintaining, and harvesting strawberries.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of farm machinery.
- Perform general farm duties such as weeding, watering, and pruning.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of farm infrastructure (e.g., irrigation systems, fences, and equipment).
- Work collaboratively with the farm team to ensure a smooth operation and timely harvesting of crops.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Experience driving tractors or other large farm machinery (preferred but not required).
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical ability to handle the demands of farm work, including lifting, bending, and being outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work during peak farming seasons, including early mornings, weekends, and long hours if needed.
- Knowledge of farming practices and equipment maintenance is a plus.
