About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Global Logistics team.
This role will require you to lead strategic, tactical, cross-functional, and technology projects and programs across multiple verticals, ensuring successful delivery and effective communication with senior management.
You will be responsible for scoping large projects, tracking project timelines, and developing mechanisms for communicating status, risk, and business challenges.

* Develop and refine program strategies, effectively leading and motivating teams
* Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results, excellent cross-team coordination, project management, and executive presentation skills.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in refining the cost, speed, and quality of multiple sourced programs and managing Destination Operations in Japan.
You will collaborate with Amazon stakeholders and third-party logistics (3PL) partners in and destination countries to develop capabilities, manage projects, and formulate and execute operational strategies.

Leadership and Strategy:
Lead business and planning reviews with senior leaders, ensuring alignment and execution of strategic initiatives. Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain performance and support business growth.

Create a robust and cost-efficient supply chain, ensuring reliable delivery processes. Drive execution discipline in operations across various stakeholders.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize a strong analytical background to make data-driven decisions. Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across different programs. Lead through influence, demonstrating the ability to think broadly and strategically about supply chain initiatives and build consensus among senior leaders.

Hire and develop a high-performing team. Provide leadership and mentorship to foster professional growth and ensure team success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

This role may require travel to various Amazon facilities and on-site visits with Carriers and Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) based on business needs.
