This is an exciting prospect to become an integralmember of the Infront Security Operations Team. This is a full-timeposition, and the successful applicant will be required to work a combinationof day and night shifts based on operational requirements. This position iscomprised of supervisory duties, rostering duties and Security Officer duties,with opportunities for advancement within the company.
Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Conductrandom audits of onsite Security personnel and take corrective actionwhere required
- Respondto any complaints and escalate as required
- Rosterstaff at short notice using a computer based rostering system
- Respondto incident reports compiled by staff
- ConductSecurity Site Inductions in accordance with Client requirements
- Ensurecompliance with all WHS obligations
- Providedetailed end of shift reports
- Beconversant with all client SOPs
- Performregular Security Officer duties on various sites
Requirements
You must be able to demonstrate your ability tomulti-task and work autonomously. You must be a self-motivated people person,with good problem-solving abilities and supervisory experience.
To beconsidered for the role you will possess the following:
- AcurrentQLD Security Licence
- AcurrentQLDDrivers Licence
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledgeand understanding ofIR systems and processes
- Greattrouble shooting and problems solving skills
- Goodhonest work ethics
- Staffrostering experience
- Workwell under pressure
- Capableof undertaking the physical patrol and guarding requirements for all sites(e.g. prolonged standing, foot patrol and driving long distances)
