About the role
As Pharmacist in Charge, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations and lead a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional care to patients and customers. Pharmacy operates on an extended hours rotating roster between 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading pharmacy operations, professional services and medication supply
* Providing leadership, mentoring and support to pharmacy team members
* Coordinating onboarding and training for new staff
* Maintaining compliance with legislative and medication safety standards
* Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
* Current AHPRA Pharmacist Registration
* Strong leadership and team management capability
* High level of computer literacy and dispensing software knowledge
* Previous community pharmacy experience highly regarded, but not essential

* Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
* National Police Check conducted within the last 12 months
