Island Water Sports Coordinator
This role offers the opportunity to work in a five-star luxury environment on Hayman Island. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the service desks, telephones, coordination, and general administration of the Marine Department.
The primary focus of this role is to ensure a streamlined and professional experience for all resort guests, partners, and colleagues. This involves aligning bookings and communication from the Resort's Watersports area, including marine berthing logistics.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will manage the service desks, telephones, coordination, and general administration of the Marine Department. They will also assist with deckhand duties on fishing charters as required.
About You:
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who can deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. To succeed in this role, you will need:
* First Aid Certificate, CPR, and O2
* Cash handling and sales experience
* Current QLD RSA certificate
* Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills
* Knowledge of Marine WHS legislation specific to Queensland and an understanding of the importance of safety within the department
