About the Role
This position plays an important role in ensuring the efficient management of inventory, stock movements and internal logistics processes in our Newcastle Branch. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Analyse inventory and stock movement trends
* Manage and process stock credits
* Determine stock supply levels and coordinate replenishment requirements
* Provide phone and email support to internal stakeholders regarding stock queries and problem resolution
* Coordinate internal stock transfers (incoming and outgoing)
* Manage incoming container receipting and stock allocation
* Process and release backorders for internal transfers and incoming containers
* Support Credit Controller processes within the Newcastle branch

About You
* Previous experience in logistics, inventory control or supply chain operations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and organisational capability
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Professional presentation and reliable work ethic
* Experience with NetSuite ERP (advantageous)
* Interest or background in the 4WD or automotive industry (desirable)
