Job Details

We are seeking a motivated and organised Reception & Administration Officer to join the dynamic team at Livit Disability Support. This fixed-term, part-time role will be based in our office in Mount Barker, SA from 9:00am to 1:00pm 3 days a week with the availability to cover leave as required to the end on June 2026. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience and supporting the smooth running of our operations.

Reporting to the Senior Reception & Administration Officer your duties will include but won't be limited to:

* Operate an efficient and friendly front reception area
* Provide information to assist clients, or refer them to appropriate internal contacts
* Record monies received and prepare banking
* Provide administrative support to all areas of the organisation as part of an administration team
* Maintain office facilities and resources including, but not limited to photocopiers, stationery, phone systems, key registers, fleet bookings, as well as shared areas such as kitchen and bathrooms to ensure a clean and functional work environment

You'll have:

* Minimum Certificate III in Business or previous Administration or Customer Service experience
* Obtain and maintain a DHS General Employment Probity Check
* Class 1 Drivers Licence
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
