Enterprise Growth Strategist
The Enterprise Growth Strategist will drive national growth and positioning of the business as a leader in compliance solutions.
This is a national leadership role with direct impact on company expansion. The ideal candidate will be based in Sydney and have a car allowance, with regular local travel required to attend client visits.
This opportunity offers a chance to deliver tailored solutions to clients across healthcare, aged care, education, and property sectors. It also involves using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and forecasting with high data accuracy.
* Key responsibilities include leading the national business development strategy across traditional and emerging sectors, owning and managing proposal strategy, submissions, and client presentations, collaborating with internal teams on product development and market positioning, representing the business at high-level industry events and national meetings, delivering value-added solutions to clients, and using CRM tools for data-driven decision making.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
* Proven ability to close high-value deals in compliance, emergency services, or training.
* Strong commercial acumen and proposal writing expertise.
* Experience working nationally and representing businesses at industry events.
