**The Client**:
This national property group has interests in a variety of commercial properties. They are a "hands-on" company and are actively involved in each of their assets, owning, managing and developing.
**The Role**:
Our client is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Facilities Manager for the efficient day-to-day operation of the asset. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Provide technical and operational process support
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders
- Preparing, executing, and managing cost-effective maintenance operations asset-wide
- Assist in the preparation of annual operating budget/s, financial reporting, and Capex management
- Ensure compliance with OH&S and high-level Risk Management is provided
- Intermittent onsite inspections and reporting for each site and its internals
- Managing contractors around the reliability, sustainability, and preservation
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 5+ years Facilities Management experience
- Technical Background (Mechanical/electrical trade qualification preferred)
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail
- Strong financial acumen
- Experience in the management of subcontractors and suppliers
- Proactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skills
