Leadership Role in Renal Unit

The successful applicant will lead a dedicated team of nursing professionals, supervise and support nursing staff, and ensure the highest standard of patient care within the unit.


Main Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the renal unit with a compassionate and adaptable leadership style.
* Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely patient assessments and treatments.
* Support, supervise, and provide direction to nursing staff; act as a go-to expert for patient management.
* Coordinate service delivery and patient flow within the unit and across the hospital dialysis service as needed.


Requirements and Qualifications

* A current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with relevant postgraduate qualifications in management or a relevant specialty; demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.

The hospital has transitioned to a new facility with state-of-the-art technology. The unit works closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver timely assessments and treatments.
