Salary: AUD32 - AUD34 per hour + OT and ongoing work
Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Quarry Materials Technician

With overtime based on a 50‑hour work week, you could earn up to $90K+ annually, plus super. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct field sampling and testing of aggregates in both the quarry and on‑site lab.
* Maintain equipment calibrations and daily checks to meet NATA standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support.
* Use laboratory information systems (LIMS), Excel, Outlook, and other computer‑based tools.
* Work full‑time, 50–55 hours per week, with some Saturday shifts as needed.
* Earn competitive hourly rates, including penalties (1.5x after 8 hours, 2x after 10 hours).
Ideal Candidate
* Prior experience testing aggregates (AS1289 & TMRQ methods).
* Certificate III in Laboratory Techniques (preferred but not essential).
* Strong safety awareness and work ethic.
* Solid IT, literacy, and numeracy skills.
* Manual driver's license (QLD).
* Comfortable working Saturdays and regular overtime.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
