Our highly regarded Corporate M&A and Resources & Energy practices are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support our teams in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Legal Secretary to provide high-level administrative and practice support across both the Corporate M&A and Resources & Energy teams ****** split).
This is a fantastic opportunity to take real ownership of your role and contribute to the smooth, efficient running of two highly successful practice groups.
In this role, you will:
Manage busy diaries, coordinate meetings, travel and accommodation
Prepare, format and amend a range of legal documents
Support monthly billing and matter management from file opening to closure
Conduct online searches and assist with general administration
Liaise with clients, manage correspondence and coordinate appointments
Assist with business development and marketing initiatives
Monitor inboxes, handle phone calls and ensure matters run efficiently
Provide general support and undertake ad-hoc tasks as needed
You will be trusted to build strong relationships, anticipate needs, and look for smarter ways to support efficiency and workflow across the group.
About You
Ideally, you will bring 3–4 years' experience in a similar Legal Secretary position, preferably supporting Corporate, Commercial or Resources teams.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing a varied workload where no two days are the same.
You will also have:

Strong document production and formatting skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
