Our client is seeking a 5–6 year PAE Property Lawyer to work directly alongside the Principal, take genuine workload off at senior level, and spearhead the growth of the property practice.
The firm are a strategic partner for buyer's agents, investors, developers, and industry professionals.
The Role
* Run property transactions end-to-end (unsupervised)
* Manage multi-jurisdictional matters
* Advise on commercial property and related commercial transactions
* Operate remotely with full autonomy
* Help build and develop a property team underneath you
* Take ownership of client relationships and file strategy
This role requires confidence and independence. You must be comfortable working remotely and making decisions without constant oversight.
The Ideal Profile
* 5–6 years PAE in property law
* Strong transactional experience from start to completion
* Multi-jurisdictional exposure
* Commercially astute
* Used to managing files and clients independently
* Ambitious and ready to step into leadership
